It was in Feb 2010 that I posted about taking part in Hundred Articles in Hundred Days Marathon Challenge, organised by Ezine Articles. And of course, the job was done nicely and I have 101 articles submitted within the time frame – 100 Days!

I got a surprise parcel few days back shipped from Canada. And guess what I have received? It is a parcel sent to me by Ezine Articles. I was presented with a limited-edition HAHD mug and mouse pad, a packet of coffee powder (surpringly), a ‘I Love EzineArticles’ beach ball and an Expert Author hat. Of course on top of that I got a certificate.

Why I want to submit articles to EzineArticles? By submitting articles to article directories (not only EzineArticles), I earned myself:
1. Waves of increased free traffic to my websites (traffic generation via the links in my author resource box)
2. Excellent branding and market positioning
3. Improved qualified lead generation (more sign up for your business)
4. Enhanced market credibility (trust building)
5. Improve link popularity for the SEO campaign (more back links)
6. Improved media exposure

Regarding point no 6 above, I must say because of my participation in HAHD, I was invited to become one of the Expert writer in on Bizymoms. BizyMoms is one of the popular sites for work from home moms. I suggest you check them out on alexa.com. As a site with more than 26,000 websites linking to them with 1 million plus links- this would not only expose me to their visitors -but also help me immensely with search engines.
